Harinder is Australia’s High Commissioner to New Zealand. She was previously High Commissioner to India and has worked in Moscow and Damascus. In Canberra, she held senior leadership roles including for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency, Office of National Assessments, and the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet.
