Four remarkable women come together to share their personal and professional experiences of equity and inequity, discuss the position for girls and women in 2023, and explore pathways to a more equitable future. Showcasing former Prime Minister of New Zealand Dame Jacinda Ardern, screen and football groundbreaker Natalie Portman, FIFA General Secretary Fatma Samoura and rugby icon Ruby Tui.

Co-chaired by CNN broadcaster Amanda Davies and Māori broadcaster and music artist Moana Maniapoto.
