Becca is Executive Director of the US Women’s National Team Players Association (USWNTPA). She is a staunch advocate for gender equality and has led numerous equal pay initiatives to bridge the female-male wage gap in sports. In 2022, she led negotiations for the collective bargaining agreement for the USWNT Players with the US Soccer Federation that delivered equal pay and working conditions.
