Monique Fiso is a chef, writer and entrepreneur from Te-Whanganui-a-Tara where she runs a restaurant with her partner Katie. Her award-winning book HIAKAI is considered one of the most important cookbooks in Aotearoa, and last year she made history as the first wahine to be awarded 3-Hats and Chef of the year at the Cuisine Good Food Awards.
