Theresa was the first female CEO of an NZX-listed company (Telecom NZ) and now chairs multiple boards, including Global Women, and sits on the National Advisory Board on the Employment of Women. She is the funder of the Theresa Gattung Chair of Women in Entrepreneurship, and the co-founder of the Gattung Foundation whose charitable purposes include the education and advancement of women.
